Search registrations

Performs a paged search for client applications based on a search term, page number, and page size. The search term is matched against client names, application names, and assigned feature names. The response includes matching client applications with their extended properties, along with pagination metadata.

This endpoint expects an object.

Page number to retrieve (1-based index).
