# Job Tracking

This section documents the architecture, data model, user stories, and implementation steps related to tracking extraction jobs across the Fluxx Platform. Each extraction job represents a request sent to an external extractor for a specific file. Jobs are uniquely tracked, stored, and monitored for auditability, reliability, and system visibility.

The following pages provide a breakdown of the design and development approach:

* [Design Overview](https://dev.azure.com/CLADevOps/Development/_wiki/wikis/AutoExtract/10335/Design-Overview)\
  High-level description of how extractor jobs are processed, tracked, and integrated across services.

* [User Story Details](https://dev.azure.com/CLADevOps/Development/_wiki/wikis/AutoExtract/10333/User-Story-Details)\
  Full list of user stories with acceptance criteria for each step of the extractor job lifecycle.

* [Technical Breakdown](https://dev.azure.com/CLADevOps/Development/_wiki/wikis/AutoExtract/10332/Technical-Breakdown)\
  Detailed flow of database schemas, service integrations, event publishing, polling behavior, and result storage.

* [Job Tracking ERD](https://dev.azure.com/CLADevOps/Development/_wiki/wikis/AutoExtract/10331/Job-Tracking-ERD)\
  Entity relationship diagram showing how extractor jobs and their statuses are structured and related.

Use this folder to navigate all aspects of extractor job tracking and coordinate development across services.
